What Is CrossFit?

CrossFit is a high-intensity functional fitness program that combines elements of weightlifting, gymnastics, and metabolic conditioning. Founded by Greg Glassman in 2000, CrossFit emphasizes constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity. What to Expect
